Lightweight stitch plans, clean edges, and correct sequencing — built to reduce heavy fills and run smooth on production machines.

  1. Artwork review (check large fill areas, simplify where applique saves stitches)
  2. Placement / run stitch to mark the exact fabric position on the garment
  3. Tack-down stitch to lock the applique fabric and prevent shifting
  4. Finish edge stitch using satin or zigzag depending on fabric thickness & fray risk
  5. Color stops + trims added for clean machine operation and easy production flow
  6. Optional placement-only file for laser/heat cutting outlines (if requested)
  7. Senior QC review for density, edge coverage, and fabric suitability before delivery
Pro tip: For delicate fabrics that fray easily, we recommend adding water-soluble topping to keep edges clean and reduce fraying during stitching.
